Cha Cha Movers

Cha Cha Movers is our evening class open to any age and level of fitness, this class really does attract all ages & abilities, just put what you can into the routines!  The class is fun, aerobic, high energy, 1hour Dance Fitness Class, no partner required.

Dance, Stretch, Smile with Cha Cha Movers;

Dance - this class is a high energy, aerobic workout.  The routines are fun and repeat throughout the track to some great, uplifting music. Ballroom and Latin dance routines such as the upbeat Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Charleston, Jive & more!  You dance solo, no partner is required.

Stretch - Dancing engages all our muscles, it works all of your body and you will feel improvements in strength and toning of the body.

Smile - Get fit whilst having fun, release those feel good endorphins and get a smile on your face!
